How it all started
At the age of 26 Lee decided to join a gym and started weight training and cardio, he hasn’t done a regular exercise for 10 year but straight away he love it.
any opportunity he had he be reading books and magazines to learn more.
At the age of 30 got made redundant from a very boring job making airplane seats the best ever thing that has happened to him so far.
soon after passing his personal training & sports therapy course know he wanted to start up his own clinic
In 2014 they decided it was time to get their own premises and enabling them to be completely in control of all aspects of their practice and was definitely the best move ever for them and the timing was perfect as we just come through a recession from 2008 and they have grown from strength to strength as most weeks they are fully booked.
At Lee Therapies they don’t just treat you but give you great lifestyle advice without you asking for it.
When they are treating you they don’t just do a routine but they target on the injury and the imbalances which may of coursed the injury to happen.
